Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, a leading electronics company in Bangladesh listed in capital market, has successfully distributed dividends for the financial year 2023-24 to all its shareholders.

According to Walton authorities, the company distributed dividends through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) and Bank Transfer.

The Board of Directors of Walton Hi-Tech at its 40th meeting held on September 4 this year recommended the highest-ever 350% cash dividend for the general shareholders and 200% cash dividend for sponsors/directors for the financial year ended on June 30, 2024.

Recently, the company has deposited the amount of dividends to the shareholders’ bank account mentioned in their BO account.

The shareholders whose bank account number is not mentioned in BO account or the bank account number is wrong or there is no routing number or the information given is incorrect, the company has sent MICR Warrant (cheque) of the due amount by post to the shareholders’ address.

Mentionable, the shares of Walton Hi-Tech are trading in “A” category since the first dividend was paid after listing in the capital market in 2020.
