Special Correspondent: Regulatory body Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has decided to examine the overall issues including the assets, business and financial capacity of Alltex Industries listed on the stock market. BSEC Executive Director and Spokesperson Mohammad Rezaul Karim confirmed this information.
BSEC has formed a three-member investigation committee into the incident. The committee has been asked to submit a report within 60 days. The matter of the investigation has been informed to the Managing Director of Alltex Industries Limited.
The members of the investigation committee are BSEC Joint Director Mohammad Zahirul Haque, Assistant Director Mahmudur Rahman and Md. Mahmudul Hasan.
