The 16th Board Meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 26 January, 2025. Honorable chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. Besides, chairman of the Risk Management Committee Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA, Independent Directors Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam, Managing Director (CC) of the bank Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam were present in the meeting.
