FBCCI meeting with Bangladesh Bank Governor

Inflation control , keeping interest rates stable, keeping the dollar supply normal, including unintentional Bangladesh to rehabilitate economy by providing policy support to defaulters Bangkok Several Recommendation Reported FBCCI.

In addition, FBCCI has urged the central bank to take necessary steps to ensure a business-friendly environment in the country, including providing policy support to affected industries, assisting entrepreneurs in dealing with foreign exchange losses, timely payment of export bills, and expanding special credit facilities for SMEs and the agricultural sector.

At the meeting, business leaders placed special emphasis on bringing interest rates to single digits to maintain the competitiveness of local industries.

Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr. Ahsan H. Mansur said that Bangladesh Bank is working intensively to ensure discipline in the financial sector. He called for the support and cooperation of the business community in the interest of sustainable development of the economy.

Present at the meeting were former FBCCI President Mir Nasir Hossain, former FBCCI Vice President Abul Kashem Haider, former Director Abdul Haque, Md. Gias Uddin Chowdhury (Khokon), PRAN-RFL Group CEO Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, former BGMEA President SM Fazlul Haque, FBCCI Secretary General Md. Alamgir, FBCCI General Council Members Zakir Hossain Nayon and Md. Zakir Hossain, among others.
