United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB), a company listed in the banking sector of the capital market, has published its unaudited financial report for the third quarter ending on September 30, 2025. Compared to the same period last year, the company’s earnings have dropped by 67 percent in this quarter.

According to the report, in the third quarter of the current financial year (July–September 2025), UCB’s consolidated earnings per share (EPS) stood at 21 poisha. In the same period last year, the EPS was 64 poisha.
Meanwhile, for the first three quarters of the current financial year (January–September 2025), the bank recorded a consolidated EPS of 32 poisha, compared to 1 taka 45 poisha during the same period last year.
As of the reporting period, the bank’s consolidated net asset value per share stood at 26 taka 02 poisha.
