Two entrepreneurs of Green Delta Insurance PLC, a company listed on the capital market, have announced the purchase and sale of shares. This information has been revealed by sources at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
According to the source, the entrepreneur of the company, M Muhibur Rahman, will sell 593,675 shares of the company.
On the other hand, another entrepreneur of the company, Azam J Chowdhury, will purchase the discussed amount of shares.
These two entrepreneurs of the company will make these transactions at the prevailing market price (block market) through the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) within the next 30 working days.
