Two directors of Bangladesh National Insurance to buy shares

Two directors from Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited, which is a publicly listed firm, have disclosed their intention to buy shares. This announcement was made public by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

As per the source, Mustafa Kamal, the venture director of Bangladesh National Insurance, has declared the acquisition of 885,000 shares.

Furthermore, Tasneem Binte Mustafa, another director of the company, is set to purchase 890,000 shares.

They plan to finalize the acquisition of these shares, which will be made at the current market price, via the DSE’s block market within the upcoming 30 working days.
