Three directors of Argon Denims Limited, a publicly traded company, have successfully transferred shares of the company as gifts to their children.
This information was disclosed by sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
As per the source, director Shabnam Shehnaz transferred 1,511,591 shares and Anwar-ul Azam transferred 1,011,556 shares to their daughter, Sanjana Shehnaz.
Additionally, another director, Abu Kausar Majumder, has transferred 2,731,000 shares to his son, Farhan Majumder.
The directors had previously announced the share transfers on April 10.
