Three directors of Evens Textile, listed on the capital market, have completed the transfer of 73 lakh 49 thousand 880 shares of the company to their children.
This information was revealed by Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources.
According to the source, the company’s directors Shabnam Shehnaz and Anwar-ul Azam have transferred 18 lakh 37 thousand 440 shares each, a total of 36 lakh 74 thousand 880 shares, to their daughter Sanjana Shehnaz.
In addition, another director of the company, Abu Kausar Majumder, has transferred 36 lakh 75 thousand shares to his son Farhan Majumder as a gift.
They had earlier announced the transfer of shares on April 10.
