All indices fell on DSE on Thursday. The main price index DSEX is down 55.19 points to 5 thousand 114.59 points. And DS-30 index is down by 13.59 points and DSES index by 18.63 points at 1 thousand 879.17 points and 1 thousand 144.01 points respectively.
The volume of transactions has also decreased in DSE on this day. Shares worth Tk. 306 crore 01 lakh were traded on this day. Where shares of Tk. 321 crore 99 lakh were traded on the last working day. Transactions decreased by Tk. 15 crore 98 lakh.
Apart from this, 395 company shares and mutual fund units were traded on DSE on Thursday. Among them, the share prices of 83 companies increased, 272 companies decreased and 40 companies remained unchanged.
On the other hand, the value of all indices in the other capital market of the country, CSE, also decreased on this day. On Thursday, the overall index CASPI decreased by 199.70 points and CSCX index by 124.87 points to 14 thousand 302.59 points and 8 thousand 705.69 points respectively.
And the CSI index has decreased by 11.51 points to 926.66 points. Besides, CSE-50 index has decreased by 15.02 points and CSE-30 index by 245.64 points and stands at 1 thousand 102.92 points and 11 thousand 739.35 points respectively.
However, the volume of transactions increased on CSE on Thursday. Shares worth Tk. 4 crore 15 lakh have been traded. And on the previous working day, shares of Tk. 3 crore 12 lakh were traded. The transaction increased by 1 crore 3 lakh taka.
Shares of 184 companies and mutual fund units were traded on CSE. Among them, the share prices of 39 companies increased, 130 companies decreased and 15 companies remained unchanged.
