The 8th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of the Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 17 March, 2025. Honorable Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting. Member of the Audit Committee Independent Director Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director and CEO of the bank Mr. Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting. Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed, Md. Jahangir Alam and Mohammad Iqbal attended the meeting on the occasion.
