The 7th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of the Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 24 February, 2025. Honorable Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting. Besides, Member of the Audit Committee Independent Director Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam, Managing Director (CC) of the bank Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam, Mr. Mohammad Iqbal and EVP & CFO Mr. Md. Ali Reza FCMA were present in the meeting.
