The 56th meeting of the Board of Directors of SBL Capital Management Limited was held on 26 December 2024 at the Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka. Honorable Chairman of the Board Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by the Members of the Board S. A. M. Hossain, Gulzar Ahmed, Md. Abul Hossain, Md. Habibur Rahman, Sheikh Omer Faruque, Sumaiya Hossain, Faria Sultana, Tasnia Hossain, Joobaida Khan, Intishar Mostafa Chowdhury and Aniva Saha. Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & COO; Md. Mizanur Rahman FCS, Company Secretary of Standard Bank PLC. and Md. Noruzzaman Khondoker, Chief Executive Officer (Acting) of SBL Capital Management Ltd. were also attended the meeting.
