The 53rd meeting of the Risk Management Committee of Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 23 September, 2025. Honorable Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir presided over the meeting. Member of the Risk Management Committee & Independent Director Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mr. Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting. Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Mohammad Iqbal and Mr. Mizanur Rahman attended the meeting on the occasion.
