The 401st meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 19th November 2025 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.
Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Abdul Barek, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Tahera Faruque, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Mr. Fakir Maniruzzaman, Mr. Abdul Hakim, Independent Directors Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
