The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Social Islami Bank PLC was held virtually on 18 August 2025. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Prof. M. Sadiqul Islam, PhD, FCMA chaired the meeting. Vice Chairman Mrs. Maksuda Begum along with Board of Directors, Chairman of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee, Managing Director Mr. Shafiuzzaman, and distinguished shareholders participated in the meeting. Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank were also present. The Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Nazmul Ahsan, FCS conducted the meeting.
