The 14th Annual General Meeting of the BDBL Securities Limited (BSL) was held at Karwan Bazar Dhaka on Monday, 24 March, 2025 with Board Chairman & Bangladesh Development Bank PLC.’s Managing Director & CEO Md. Jashim Uddin in the chair. BSL Directors Md. Khurshed Hossain, Md. Rokonuzzaman, CPFA, FCA, Afroza Akhter Riba, Md. Abdul Mannan Shaikh, A. K. M. Sharif Hossain, CEO of BSL, Company Secretary of Bangladesh Development Bank PLC. Kamal Uddin Ahmed Molla and BSL Company Secretary S.M. Golam Rabbani attended the meeting. The meeting approved BSL’S Annual Report 2024.
