118th meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank PLC. held on 29 October 2024 at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka. Chairman of the committee Golam Hafiz Ahmed presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by the members of the committee Ashok Kumar Saha, S.A.M. Hossain and A K M Abdul Alim. Md. Habibur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO and Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & Company Secretary (Acting) were also present at the meeting.
