A day-long workshop on ‘Etiquette, Good Manners and Customer Service’ organized by Union Bank Training Institute was held. Honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors of Union Bank Plc Mr. Farid Uddin Ahmed inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest. Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed, Managing Director (Acting) of the Bank was present as a special guest. Md. Hedayat Ullah, Principal of the Training Institute presided. The Chief Guest Mr. Fareed Uddin Ahmed, Honorable Chairman of the Bank in his speech directed the participating employees to increase the reputation of the Bank by gaining the trust of customers through acquiring professional knowledge, skills and elegant usage.
