The 10^th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of the Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 12 May, 2025. Honorable Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting. Member of the Audit Committee & Independent Director Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mr. Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting. Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed, Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam and Mr. Mohammad Iqbal attended the meeting on the occasion. The EVP & CFO of the bank Mr. Md. Ali Reza, FCMA, CIPA was also present. In the meeting the audit report of various branches of the bank and related issues were reviewed.
