Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Director General AKM Shahidur Rahman said that security has been strengthened across the country on the occasion of New Year. Shahidur Rahman said that careful measures have been taken to prevent eve-teasing and any unpleasant incidents around the New Year festival.
He said that the face of a fascist has been burned in the art gallery. It will be investigated whether there was any flaw in the security system here. An investigation will be conducted. If there is any negligence, action will be taken. Action will be taken against those involved after investigation.
The Director General of RAB said that cyber security measures have also been strengthened to prevent propaganda surrounding the Baisakhi festival.
