B Mirror Desk: On the second working day of the week, the country’s main stock market, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), ended trading with a decline in all price index. At the same time, the share prices of most of the companies participating in the transaction fell. However, the volume of transactions increased slightly compared to the previous working day.

According to the source, on Tuesday (April 15), the main index of DSE ‘DSEX’ fell by 37 points. Currently, the index is at 5,132 points.
In addition, another index of DSE ‘DSES’ fell by 10 points to 1,155 points and the ‘DS-30’ index is at 1,893 points, down by 18 points.
Today, shares and units worth 4.46 billion 12 million 86 thousand taka were traded on DSE. On the previous working day, transactions amounted to 4.14 billion 31 million 75 thousand taka.
A total of 397 shares and units of companies changed hands on DSE today. Among the companies participating in the transaction, the prices of 98 companies increased, while the prices of 255 companies decreased. In addition, the prices of shares and units of 44 companies remained unchanged.
