The 426th Board Meeting of Standard Islami Bank PLC. was held on 29 April 2026 at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka. Honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting. It was attended by Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed, Directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ferozur Rahman, Mohammad Manjur Alam, S.A.M. Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, A K M Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha, Jhahedul Alam and Independent Directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed & Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq. Abu Saleh Mohammed Shahab Uddin, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC. & Director (BRD) of Bangladesh Bank attended the meeting. Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Acting Managing Director, Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary and Mohammad Salah Uddin FCS, Chief Financial Officer of the Bank were also present in the meeting.
