145th meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank PLC. held on 12 September 2024 at the bank’s Boardroom head office, Dhaka under the chairmanship of Zahedul Hoque.
The meeting was attended by all of the members of the committee namely Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz and members Messrs, Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, S.A.M. Hossain and Gulzar Ahmed. Mohammad Mohon Miah, Managing Director & CEO (Acting); Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & COO and Ali Reza FCMA, CIPA, Company Secretary (Acting) were also attend in the meeting.
