The 124^th meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank PLC. held on 24 July 2025 at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka. Mr. Golam Hafiz Ahmed presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by the members of the committee S.A.M. Hossain & Gulzar Ahmed. Md. Habibur Rahman, Managing Director; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director; Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary; Mohammad Salah Uddin, FCS, Chief Financial Officer; Head of ICCD, Mr. Tariqul Islam and Head of Audit Mr. Shahnur Md. Oleul Hassan were also present in the meeting.
