Southeast Bank Training Institute Hosts Capacity Development Program to Enhance Marketing Expertise

Recently Southeast Bank Training Institute hosted a “Capacity Development Program to Enhance Marketing Expertise on Retail Banking Loan and Credit Card”, This program aims to equip banking professionals with advanced strategies and practical skills to effectively market financial products in a competitive landscape.

Mr. M. A. Kashem, Honorable Chairman of Southeast Bank PLC. delivered his insightful directional speech. He highlights the bank’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric growth.

The sessions of the program commenced following a welcome speech by Ms. Sayma Banu, Director (Training) of the Training Institute. Experienced internal and external resource persons, including Mr. Md. Jahangir Kabir, EVP and Head of ID; Mr. Md. Abdul Kader, SAVP, Retail Banking Division; Ms. Farhana Hossain Erna, AVP, Card Division; and Ms. Humaira Sharmeen, CEO of Humaira’s Collection and Lead Consultant at Campus to Corporate, shared their insights on the topic.

70 (Seventy) participants from different Branches of the Bank were invited inthe Program.
