Southeast Bank relocates Kawran Bazar Branch to new premises

Southeast Bank PLC. has officially relocated its Kawran Bazar Branch to a more spacious and modern location within the same building as on April 15, 2026. The branch has moved from the semi-basement to the 2nd floor of Jamuna Bhaban (Holding No. 2, Kawran Bazar Commercial Area, Dhaka) to better accommodate its growing clientele and provide an enhanced banking experience.

To commemorate the occasion, an inauguration ceremony was held at the new premises. The event was graced by Mr. Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, Managing Director & CEO of Southeast Bank PLC., Mr. Abidur Rahman Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director, Senior officials of the bank, representatives from the local business community, valued clients, and other distinguished guests were also in attendance.

During the ceremony, speakers expressed their optimism that the relocated branch would significantly elevate customer service by offering a broader range of technology-driven banking solutions. In addition to conventional banking, the branch is fully equipped to provide comprehensive Islamic Banking services integrated with modern digital facilities.

This relocation reflects Southeast Bank PLC’s strategic commitment to delivering innovative, customer-centric financial services and strengthening its physical presence in the country’s key commercial hubs.
