Sonali Investment Limited, a subsidiary of Sonali Bank PLC, convened its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday at the bank’s head office conference room. Md. Afzal Karim, Chief Executive Officer of Sonali Bank PLC, presided over the meeting, while Ziaul Hasan Siddiqui, Chairman of the bank’s Board of Directors, graced the event as a special guest.
The AGM witnessed participation from Sonali Investment Limited’s Director Sanchia Binte Ali, Subhash Chandra Das, Al-Imran Ruhul Islam, Md. Iqbal Hossain, CEO Md. Shawkat Jahan Khan, and Deputy Managing Directors.
During the meeting, shareholders approved the company’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023. Additionally, a 6% dividend amounting to Tk. 13.74 crore was declared for the shareholders.
