Sonali Bank PLC has received Gold Prize at the 15th ICMAB Best Corporate Award in the State-owned Commercial Bank category.

The Award ceremony, held on Wednesday night at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center in the capital.

Adviser of Commerce Ministry,  Sk. Bashir Uddin handed over the Gold Award to Chairman of Sonali Bank PLC, Mohammad Muslim Chowdhury and MD & CEO, Md. Shawkat Ali Khan.

National Board of Revenue Chairman Md Abdur Rahman Khan, Commerce Secretary Mahbubur Rahman, Financial Reporting Council (FRC) Chairman Md Sajjad Hossain Bhuiyan,  ICMAB President Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, Sonali Bank Director Mohammed Jahangir Alam, Deputy Managing Director Md. Abu Sayed and Chief Financial Officer Md. Iqbal Hossain were present in the event.
