Sonali Bank PLC arranged a special board meeting to discuss details inspection
report based on 31 December, 2022 with the representative of central bank at
its’ head office conference room on Tuesday. The 863th special board meeting
was chaired by Board of Directors Chairman Ziaul Hasan Siddiqui. Sonali Bank
PLC Chief Executive Officer Md. Afzal Karim, others member of Board of
Directors, Deputy Managing Directors, General Managers and other top
officials attended the meeting.
