Sonali Bank holds Grievance Redress Management meeting

Sonali Bank PLC organized the 2nd convey meeting for 2023-24 fiscal year with customers/participants on Grievance Redress Management on Wednesday at head office.

Bank’s Deputy Managing Director Sanchia Binte Ali attended the meeting as chief guest and General Manager Ashraful Haider Chowdhury as special guest, reads a press release. 

Deputy General Manager of Vigilance and Complaint Management Division Khairul Alam presided over the meeting while  related officers of General Manager’s office Rajshahi, Sylhet, Jamalpur, all of Principal office and Corporate branches under these General Manager’s office also took part in the meeting.
