Sonali Bank PLC organized a training workshop on ‘Grievance Redress System (GRS) and using its’ software at head office IT lab on Thursday. Deputy General Manager Md. Khairul Aalm presided over the workshop while Md. Shafi Ullah, Senior Assistant Secretary of Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance attended as main speaker. Related officials of all division of head office were took part in the workshop
