Sonali Bank PLC organized a workshop with the focal point and alternative focal point of   citizen’s charter under the Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of ‍ Finance. The workshop was held at Sonali Bank head office conference room on Sunday. 

Bank’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Afzal Karim attended the workshop as chief guest. Joint Secretary of Financial Institutions Division Badre Munir Firdaus, Joint Secretary of Cabinet Division Mokhlesur Rahman, Joint Secretary of Financial Institutions Division Minakshi Barman, Deputy Secretary Afsana Bilkis attended the workshop.

Among others, Sonali Bank PLC Deputy Managing Directors, General Managers and all of the focal point and alternative focal point officers of 21 institutes under the Financial Institutions Division also took part in the workshop.
