Sonali Bank holds a Meeting on Grievance Redress Management 

Sonali Bank PLC organized convey meeting for 2024-25 fiscal year with customers/participants on Grievance Redress Management to implement of Annual Performance Agreement (APA) 2024-2025 at head office conference room on Sunday.  Bank’s Deputy Managing Director Shamim Uddin Ahmed attended the meeting as chief guest. General Manager Md. Abdul Kuddus presided over the meeting while Deputy Managing Directors, General Managers and related executives of head office attended the program. Among others, head of all General Managers’ office and Principal office, Manager of all the branches and related officials were also took part the meeting.
