Singapore encouraged to import fruits and frozen fish from BD

B Mirror Desk : Singapore has been encouraged to import various goods from Bangladesh, such as frozen fish, potatoes, tea, and seasonal fruits, by Commerce Advisor Sk. Bashir Uddin.

The adviser also talked about strengthening bilateral ties and expanding trade and commercial volume at a meeting with Singapore Ambassador Derek Loh at the secretariat office on Tuesday. He stated that an increase in trade volume can contribute to the strengthening of ties between the two countries.

According to Derek Loh, Singapore has a significant need for seasonal fruits. Additionally, he indicated his desire to import bananas, lichis, and mangoes. The conference was attended by senior officials from the ministry of commerce.
