According to sources, the company’s 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on December 24 at 10:30 am. According to its earlier announcement, the company’s AGM was scheduled to be held on September 26. But due to unavoidable reasons the date of AGM of the company has changed.
Other than the change in the date, other matters of the AGM will remain unchanged, the company said.
