SIBL Team Meets Branch Officials

The Administrator Team of Social Islami Bank PLC held a virtual meeting with Branch Managers and Sub-Branch In-charges on 11 November 2025. Conducted via Zoom from the Head Office, the session focused on protecting customer deposits and enhancing efficiency and transparency in payment systems.

Mr. Md. Salah Uddin, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank and Administrator of SIBL, attended as Chief Guest. He stated, “When the State takes responsibility for an institution, there is no reason for anyone associated with the bank to be anxious. The administrators have been appointed to restore operations, ensure good governance, and safeguard depositors’ interests. We are working tirelessly to meet these goals and seek everyone’s full cooperation. All necessary steps have been taken for smooth and uninterrupted banking services.”

Associates of Administrator, Additional Directors of Bangladesh Bank Mr. Md. Rashedul Islam, Mr. Hammada Abdul Ati, Dr. Mohammad Bazlul Karim, and Joint Director of Bangladesh Bank Ms. Rowson Akter, were also present at the meeting.

SIBL’s Deputy Managing Directors, Mr. Md. Nazmus Saadat and Mr. Mamun Mahmud, along with Divisional Heads and Senior Executives from the Head Office, attended the meeting. All Branch Managers and Sub-Branch In-charges across the country joined virtually via Zoom.
