Social Islami Bank PLC held a meeting with its agent outlet representatives on 27 November 2025. The session, organized at the Bank’s Head Office, was attended by the Administrator of Social Islami Bank Mr. Md. Salah Uddin, as the chief guest. Among others, Associate Administrators Mr. Md. Rashedul Islam, Hammada Abdul Ati, Dr. Mohammad Bazlul Karim and Ms. Rowshan Akter were also present in the program. Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Nazmus Saadat along with other senior officials and representatives from agent outlets also joined the meeting.

Agent representatives shared their field experiences and practical insights on customer needs. The Administrator Team discussed operational challenges, opportunities, and ways to enhance service quality through agent outlets. The Administrator expressed appreciation for their contribution to uninterrupted banking services and emphasized improved accessibility, strengthened responsibilities, and capacity-building. He also provided guidance on ensuring secure transactions, faster service delivery, and expanding technology-driven banking.
