Ahmed received the award from Dr. Iftekhar Ahmed Chowdhury, the Former Foreign Affairs Advisor of Caretaker Government at a function organized in Dhaka. Among others, the Chairman of National Bureau of Economic Research Prof. Syed Ahsanul Alam Parvez, the Editor of the Daily Industry Dr. Enayet Karim and the Company Secretary of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mr. Md.
