Marcel Digital Campaign Season-22 kicks off with the offer of Tk10 lakh

Country’s one of the leading electronics brands ‘Marcel’ has launched ‘Digital Campaign Season-22’ with the offer of Tk10 lakh on the purchase of its various products.

In the newly launched season, customers are likely to get maximum Tk10 lakh on the purchase of Marcel brand’s fridge, AC, washing machine and ceiling fan from any outlet across the country. Besides, lakhs of taka worth cash vouchers and sure gifts are offered to customers. The benefits came into effect from February 20 and will continue until Eid-Ul-Azha this year.

Marcel officials made the announcement at the inaugural ceremony of Digital Campaign Season-22 held at its corporate office in the capital on Thursday last (19 February, 2025).

The programme was attended, among others, by Marcel’s brand ambassador popular film actor Amin Khan, Marcel’s Head of Business Matiur Rahman, Marcel Distributor Network’s North Zone In-charge Qudrat E Khuda and South Zone In-charge Nurul Islam Rubel.

At the function, Marcel officials said that they have been conducting the digital campaign across the country to provide customers swift and best after-sales service through online automation. Each of the previous season has received an unprecedented response from customers.

Note that customers will be brought under digital registration process with their purchased products. After that they may get cashback up to Tk10 lakh or sure gift through an SMS from Marcel Head Quarters. Concerned showroom will hand over the awarded cashback or gift to customer.

During the digital campaign, some detailed information including buyer’s name, mobile number and product’s model number is being stored on Marcel’s server. Customers can get quick service from any Marcel service center in the country even if they lost the warranty card with this effort. Besides the representatives of the service center can also know the customers’ feedback.
