Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. signed a MoU with Islamic Corporation to build private ICD

Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), a member institutions of the Islamic Development Bank Group in the event IsDB Group Private Sector Forum (PSF)-2024 held at the Inter Continental Riyadh, KSA. The Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Chairman of Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group H.E. Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser signed in the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations. Among others, the Additional Managing Director & COO of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. Mr. M. Akhter Hossain was also present in the ceremony while signing the agreement. Under this agreement Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. will receive USD 35 million assistance from ICD in Shariah based financing.
