The 63rd meeting of the Risk Management Committee (RMC) of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on Wednesday at its Corporate Head Office of the Bank by maintaining proper hygiene and social distance.

The meeting was presided over by Engineer Towhidur Rahman, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Bank, reads a press release.

Among others the Director of the Bank and Member of the Committee Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Khandaker Shakib Ahmed and  Mohammed Younus were present in the meeting. 

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank A. K. Azad, MP; the Chairman of Executive Committee Akkas Uddin Mollah, the Director Sanaullah Shahid and the Independent Director of the Bank & Chairman of Board Audit Committee K. A. M. Majedur Rahman were also present as Special Invited Guest.

The Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
