The 259th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held recently at the Corporate Head Office of the Bank by maintaining proper hygiene and social distance.
The meeting was presided over by K. A. M. Majedur Rahman, the Chairman of Board Audit Committee of the Bank, reads a press release.
Among others the Director of the Bank & Member of the Committee Abdul Halim, Khandaker Sakib Ahmed (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the Independent Directors of the Bank & member of the committee Ekramul Hoque and Nasir Uddin Ahmed participated in the meeting.
The Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
