Shahjalal Islami Bank Foundation has donated financial assistance of Tk. 15,00,000 (fifteen lac) to complete the incomplete work of the 5th floor building under construction of Rahima and Arifa Khatun Women’s Madrasa and Orphanage at Chowk Panchpara intersection under Trishal in Mymensingh district. At a function organized recently at the corporate head office of the bank, Mr. K. M. Harunur Rashid, the Chief Executive Officer of Shahjalal Islami Bank Foundation and In-Charge of the Public Relations Division of the bank, handed over the donation cheque to Maulana Mohammad Shafiqul Islam, the Principal of Rahima and Arifa Khatun Women’s Madrasa and Orphanage. The Executive Officer of Shahjalal Islami Bank Foundation Md. Kamal Miah was present while handing over the donation cheque.
