SDF Rally and Discussion Meeting on the Occasion of World Health Day in Magura

Faruk Ahmed, Magura Correspondent: World Health Day was celebrated in Magura with the theme “Let Birth Be Safe, Let Future Be Bright”. A rally and discussion meeting was held at the SDF Magura District Office on the occasion of the day. On Wednesday, April 16, the rally started from the SDF Magura District Office at 10 am, circled the stadium, returned to the district office, and after the rally, a discussion meeting was organized in the office conference room. SDF District Manager Mahmud Hasan was the chief guest at the discussion meeting.

The welcome speech and program were moderated by District Health and Nutrition Officer Dr. Nur Jahan Asha, District Officer (MEL & GA) Anup Kumar Mondal, and 1st Arpara Cluster (H & N Facilitator) Ritu Biswas spoke as guests. SDF District Officer Omar Faruk (Finance and Administration), District Officer Rubel Hossain (IT & MIS), Facilitators of all clusters (H & N) of SDF Magura district and members of Health and Nutrition Support Committee were present as guests.

In the discussion, the guests highlighted the significance and importance of celebrating World Health Day and advised the members of the Health and Nutrition Support Committee of the Gram Samity to discuss the issue at the village level.
