SCB Delegation Heads to Malaysia for Crucial Meeting

A 9(nine) member delegation led by Md. Rezaul Karim, Chairman, Shippers’ Council of Bangladesh, will leave Dhaka on Wednesday, 09 July 2025, for an important business tour. During the tour, SCB delegation will meet with the Malaysian National Shippers’ Council for a bilateral meeting on July 13, 2025 in Kuala Lumpur.

This meeting is intended to initiate a direct dialogue between our two councils and to establish a platform for long-term cooperation. As leading representatives of the shipper community in our respective countries, it is timely and important that we explore opportunities to collaborate on common interests, including trade facilitation, shipping and port connectivity, cost structures and regulatory developments affecting exporters & importers in the region.

Senior Vice Chairman Md. Ariful Ahsan; Vice Chairman Ganesh Chandra Saha and Directors : Arzu Rahman Bhuiyan; Syed Md. Bakhtiar; Md. Nurussafa Babu; Ziaul Islam; Ataur Rahman Khan & Lokapriya Barua will accompany the Chairman.
