An entrepreneur of Runner Automobile, listed on the capital market, has announced to gift 3.46 million 200 shares of the company he has to his son and daughter.

This information was revealed by Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources.

According to the source, the entrepreneur of the company Md. Mozammel Hossain has decided to gift 2.27 million 800 shares to his son Mahmud Al Nahyan and 1.135 million 400 shares to his daughter Nausheen Ishrat Promi, out of the shares he has. Both of them are common shareholders of Runner Automobile.

These shares will be transferred by April 30. These shares given as gifts will change hands outside the trading system.
