Robi Axiata PLC has launched a free 24/7 online medical consultation service for its Hajj roaming subscribers. Pilgrims using Robi’s Hajj roaming packs can now access certified doctors via video call completely free of charge through digital health care platform ‘Shukhee’ — eliminating the need to visit health camps during the pilgrimage.

The service is available to all users of Robi’s Hajj roaming packs. Accessible through both app and website platforms, the service supports consultations in both Bangla and English.

Pilgrims who purchase the special Hajj roaming packs priced at Tk 1,798 or Tk 2,198 will receive the doctor consultation service.

“We believe true connectivity goes beyond data and voice—it includes care. With this new feature in our Hajj roaming pack, we’re honored to support our customers during one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives. This is the first time such a service has been introduced in Bangladesh’s telecom sector,” Sihab Ahmad, Robi’s Chief Commercial Officer, said.

In addition, Robi customers can now track the real-time location of their loved ones performing Hajj through the Deen app. This helps reduce the worry and uncertainty around their well-being during the sacred journey.
