Pubali Bank PLC and Dhaka Reidential Model College Science Club initiated Tree Plantation Program at the college premies as a part of CSR program. Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and CEO of Pubali Bank PLC was present as Chief Guest. A.K.M. Abdur Raqib, General Manager and RM of Dhaka North Region of Pubali Bank PLC was present as Special Guest. Brigadier General Mohammed Zaber Hossain, PhD presided over the event.

Managing Director and CEO of Pubali Bank Mohammad Ali said, `We have to be more conscious in protecting the environment to save ourselves as well as the development of the society. In this regard, plantation programs and voluntary activities should be strengthened and investments should be increased.’ He emphasized on the elimination of foreign trees and planting of indigenous trees. He also highlighted proper care and preservation of trees apart from planting trees.
