Pubali Bank inaugurates 518th Branch at Iswarganj, Mymeningh

Pubali Bank has inaugurated its 518th branch at Iswarganj, Mymeningh recently with a view to provide modern banking service. Md. Shahnewaz Khan, Deputy Managing Director of Pubali Bank PLC. formally inaugurated the branch as Chief Guest. Md. Faizul Hoque Sharif, General Manager of General Banking and Operation Division was present as Special Guest. Mohammad Homayun Miah, Deputy General Manager and RM of Mymeningh Region presided over the inaugural ceremony.

In his speech Deputy Managing Director Md. Shahnewaz Khan said, expansion of banking services is very important for the economic development of Bangladesh, the expansion of trade and commerce, and advancement of people’s savings and investment activities. By opening a new branch of Pubali Bank in the Iswarganj region, the local people will get the opportunity to receive modern and easy banking services. This branch will give a new impetus to savings, loans, remittances and other financial services and will play an important role in the economic development of the area.

Branch Manager, local elites & businessmen also attended at the inaugural ceremony. After the branch inauguration, Chief Guest along with other guests inaugurated the ‘Cashless Iswarganj’ initiative.
